MACVPR Membership Application

Types of Membership

Full Member: Any interested person or facility who in his/her professional endeavors is regularly involved in some aspects of cardiovascular & pulmonary rehabilitation. Membership includes all individuals involved with the facility registering. Please include all names and information on the registration form. Full members have voting privileges.

Student Member: Any interested undergraduate or graduate college student currently carrying the equivalent of one-half of a full time academic load for one year as defined by the University or College of attendance. The area of study must be in a medical or allied health curriculum. Full time medical residents may join under the student category. Student members do not have voting privileges.
